Description:
A 2004 Mercedes Benz caused a rear-end collision, causing our client's vehicle to hit a third vehicle, causing a three-car crash. Injuries included a cerebral concussion, disc herniations in the cervical spine (neck), plus other injuries, resulting in permanent/total disability. At fault driver alleged our client improperly changed lanes in front of her just prior to crash. Case resolved pre-suit for near policy limits of the at fault driver, also receiving policy limits of client's underinsured motorist coverage.
