Confidential. This was a case of contested fault. In a pre-suit statement, the at fault driver denied many things and suit was filed shortly afterwards. A witness for the at fault driver argued the motorcycle did not have its lights on; and, should have been able to avoid the collision. A separate independent witness reported the motorcyclist had its lights, was not speeding and could not have avoided the crash.

Case resolved in litigation; and, while this case involved a lot of moving pieces, our client was very pleased with the outcome, exceeding his initial expectations. Case resolved in litigation.
