Gas station/parking lot motorcycle accident. Injuries included a mid-shaft displaced fibular fracture and a completely displaced medial malleolus (ankle) fracture. Client had surgery – open reduction internal fixation procedure to his left leg and ankle. Case resolved for policy limits – the at fault driver had $10,000.00; client's motorcycle insurance agreement had $10,000.00 underinsured motorist coverage; and client's automobile insurance agreement had $50,000 underinsured motorist limits.
