Description:
Our client, a 24 year old male, operated a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja 250 cc motorcycle when a 2006 Hummer SUV unexpectedly made a left turn in front of him, violating his right of way. Injuries included multiple abrasions to his arms and legs, a right shoulder impingement bursitis and rotator cuff tendonitis; left knee injury, a partial tear of his triceps muscle of the left elbow and a right ankle sprain. Note: In motorcycle accidents, as many bikers know, it is important to wear "all the gear all the time."
