52 year old male operating his Harley Davidson with his wife as a passenger when another vehicle violated his right of way – causing a serious motorcycle crash. MRI of the low back diagnosed him with an L4-5 disc protrusion, he did not require surgery. The at fault driver did not have any insurance at the time of the crash.
