Motorcycle Accident Resulting in Fractured Leg Requiring Surgery

TA driver of a 2017 Jeep passed through a stop signed and violated the right of way of our client operating a 2011 Suzuki GSXR 1000 – resulting in a fractured left leg requiring emergency surgery. The driver of the Jeep denied fault or liability for the crash. The investigating police officer was biased against motorcyclists and wrote the crash report to indicate our client was at fault. An independent witness helped us prove the Jeep driver was at fault and our client did everything he could do to avoid the crash. Her insurance company, GEICO, tendered her bodily injury liability limits of $100,000.00.
