A 2009 Honda van violated the right of way of a motorcyclist on a 2000 Suzuki motorcycle. The motorcyclist was diagnosed with nasal bone fractures, facial lacerations, facial and leg scarring, a disc herniation at T12, a disc bulge at L5-S1 and other injuries.
The driver of the van had insurance with State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Bodily Injury Liability Coverage of $25,000.00; and, the owners of the van had insurance with Meemic Insurance Company, Bodily Injury Liability Coverage of $100,000.00; and, both carriers tendered their limits.
