Motorcycle Accident Resulting in Back & Aggravated Neck Injuries

Description:

50 mph rear-end collision causing an L4-5 disc protrusion/extrusion and reaggravation of cervical (neck) disk herniations. Client had lumbar endoscopic discectomy surgery for his low back disc herniation.

Note:

Client had a prior motorcycle accident, had prior medical records; and, we were able to convince the insurance company this second crash aggravated our client's pre-existing injuries, causing a permanent aggravation to his injuries.
