Motorcycle Accident Resulting in Herniated Disc & Surgery.
Description:
A driver of 1994 Honda caused a high speed rear-end collision to our client operating a 2008 motorcycle. Afterwards, the motorcyclist was diagnosed as having a post concussive syndrome, right-sided sciatica secondary to a L5-S1 herniated disc, ultimately requiring surgery. The at fault driver had bodily injury coverage of only $10,000.00; and, our client's underinsured motorist carrier tendered $200,000.00 policy limits. Case settled for all insurance limits, without need for litigation.
