A Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck made a sudden and unexpected left turn violating the right of way of a motorcyclist, 20 years of age, causing the biker life-threatening, severe and lifetime permanent injuries. Police investigation resulted in a Florida Traffic Crash Report – Long Form reporting the driver of the pickup truck failed to yield right of way and the bike had no contributing action or comparative fault.
