The at fault driver ran a red light causing a crash at an intersection, with our client sustaining a disc herniation in both her neck and her low back. After the initial emergency room visit, she treated with a chiropractor, also treated with a medical doctor, had MRI studies of her neck and back revealing a neck and back herniation. She also sought treatment with a pain management doctor. The at fault driver had minimum Bodily Injury coverage of $10,000.00 without any other assets or liability coverage. Our client had Non-Stacked Underinsured motorist coverage of $50,000.00. Case settled pre-suit by obtaining the policy limits from both insurance agreements.
