Automobile Accident Resulting in Back Injuries

Intersection collision where the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck hit our client, a 53 year old male causing him chief complaints of headaches, neck pain and back pain. MRI of our client's low back revealed an L4-5 disc herniation. Afterwards, his chiropractic physician referred him to a pain management specialist. For pain relief, our client underwent a Medical Branch Block procedure, and afterwards a Radiofrequency Ablation procedure, to his low back. The at fault driver had Bodily Injury liability insurance limits of only $15,000. Our client had Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist coverage of $50,000. Case resolved by both insurance companies tendering respective policy limits of both drivers.
