Description:
A negligent and careless driver caused a rear end collision on the interstate in stop and go traffic, with minor property damage. Our client, a 40 year old female, traveled as restrained front seat passenger, surprised by the collision, having no warning whatsoever. Radiographic studies (MRI) revealed a C5-6 disc herniation without any nerve root impingement. After exhausting chiropractic care and medications, she sought treatment with a pain management doctor. Shortly afterwards, she received a cervical medial branch block procedure, providing significant relief. In response to the comprehensive pre-suit demand package, the at fault driver's insurance company made a nominal offer of settlement. Suit was filed and case resolved at mediation, scheduled just before jury trial.
Client was pleased with the results, having all medical bills paid and a great outcome, both medical and financially.
