A Hyundai van caused a "high speed" rear-end collision to our client, causing her to hit a vehicle in front of her, resulting in a three car collision.
Our client was diagnosed with bulging discs at C3-4, C5-6, L4-5 and L5-S1, with abnormal nerve conduction studies, treated with chiropractic care, with pain management including trigger point injections, also receiving manipulation under anesthesia.
