Automobile Accident Resulting in Neck Injury & Surgery

A driver of a 2006 Toyota SUV caused a rear-end collision to our client who was driving a 2017 Hyundai SUV. After collision, the parties exchanged information, did not call for a police investigation or report. Afterwards, our client was diagnosed with a C6-7 disc extrusion with impingement on the spinal cord, receiving pain management and eventually requiring surgery. The at fault driver had bodily injury liability insurance coverage of $100,000.00; and, the insurance company timely tendered the limits. Our client did not carry any underinsured motorist coverage. Case resolved pre-suit.
