Automobile Accident Resulting in Neck Injuries

A driver of a 2010 Honda Civic made an unexpected left turn in front of our client – causing a near head-on collision. Our client was diagnosed with neck injuries, he received trigger point injections, two medial branch blocks. Interestingly, the at fault driver denied the crash was his fault. An accident reconstructionist was retained, data of each vehicle was downloaded; such data and related property damage "proved" our client was not at fault. Afterwards, the at fault driver's insurance company timely tendered all available insurance limits.

This case demonstrates the at fault driver does not always accept responsibility, will tell their insurance company their own version of how the crash happened; and, additional information is sometimes needed to get to the truth of how the crash occurred.
