Automobile Accident Resulting in Ankle Injury Requiring Surgery
Description:
Our client, a 43 year old male, travelled as a front seat passenger in his wife's van when the other driver made a left turn in front of them, violating their right of way, causing a severe collision. Diagnoses or injuries afterwards included a synovitis of the left ankle, requiring surgery – an arthroscopy of the left ankle, with other operative procedures. The at fault driver had bodily injury liability coverage of $100,000.00 and our client had underinsured motorist coverage of $50,000.00. Both carriers tendered the above limits.
Case resolved for all insurance limits.
